Creating calm, confident caregivers
It’s easy to spiral into panic when your little one is sick or injured, that’s why we offer two signature sessions at Petite Triage. First Aid and Sickness 101.
>>>>>In the First Aid session, we follow the guidelines provided by the Singapore Resuscitation Board, ensuring that you have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips. You’ll learn what to do, when to do it and why when it comes to emergencies with your little ones.
While we hope you'll never have to use these skills, knowing what to do in emergency situations can make all the difference when it comes to saving lives.
>>>>>The second session, Sickness 101, focuses on teaching you how to navigate childhood sickness, something that is oh so common.. eeek! You'll gain the knowledge to understand common illnesses and confidently assess your child's condition using our own triage method.
We learn this in 3 easy steps:
You’ll become confident in assessing your child’s symptoms using a body system approach - working your way through the body head to toe.
You’ll understand how to spot the difference between normal and abnormal symptoms of sickness so that you can feel confident in deciding when to seek medical help and which type of help your child might need.
You’ll learn how to provide top-notch home care when your child is unwell.
Both sessions are ideal for parents to be, parents of young children and caregivers. You can choose from private in home sessions (i’ll come to you) or group workshops.
We offer different classes to suit your needs…

Is the Petite Triage first aid course certified?
While I am a registered nurse and first aid trainer, the course itself is not accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation Board. This was done on purpose to ensure maximum flexibility for parents of small children in terms of content and timing - we wanted the content to be relevant and tailored to the individual family receiving the training. The course however is extremely thorough and practical.
Can I bring my baby to the session?
Of course! We are baby and breast-feeding friendly
Can I do the session if i’m pregnant?
Definitely! This is the perfect time to do a session. We can always alter some of the positions to make them more comfortable if you’re unable to kneel on the floor
